Robert J. Ramsey is a retired United States Air Force Intelligence Analyst and former sheriff's deputy. He has over 30 years experience in working with national level and international intelligence and law enforcement agencies. Mr. Ramsey served as a sheriff's deputy, an investigator and an asset protection specialist. Mr. Ramsey served as a special investigator, specializing in cases involving violence against women - including domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. He also conducted undercover operations and sex offender tracking. Mr. Ramsey has tracked and investigated hate groups and domestic terrorism. Mr. Ramsey has served as an advisor for, and been on the boards of, a number of community-based, non-profit, human rights organizations.

Mark A. Solomon is a former active duty and current United States Air Force Reserve Intelligence Officer. He has over 23 years experience in working with national level and international intelligence entities - specializing in strategic analysis and terrorism threat mitigation - and law enforcement agencies throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Solomon served as a Crime Prevention Coordinator, working as a residential and business crime prevention specialist, youth violence prevention specialist, and cultural diversity trainer. He has conducted training for law enforcement, medical professionals and community-based organizations in the areas of youth violence prevention, gun violence prevention and youth-police relations improvement initiatives. Mr. Solomon served on the Washington State Attorney General's Task Force on School Violence and Bullying, currently serves on the board of the Washington Coalition of Crime Victim Advocates and is a board member/advisor to a number of community-based, non-profit organizations.
